12/19/2018 Jeanne helped my brother and me with the bittersweet sale of our mother's home, with both of us living in other states and time zones. She is extremely responsive to communications and kept us apprised of all developments in a timely manner. She went way more than above and beyond in ensuring that the house looked as good as it possibly could throughout the process. She also facilitated repairs and served as our liaison to the various contractors completing the work.

1/5/019 Jeanne handled the listing and sale of our home, providing suggestions and expertise for stageing and improvements to make the home more saleable. After the first potential buyer backed out of a sale and the local real estate market stagnated, she worked tirelessly for months, hosting open houses that eventually led to the sale of the property. For the final six weeks on the market, we were out of the country and during that time Jeanne also managed the property, arranging showings, and holding open homes, all the while maintaining the property in "showing" condition. After a contract was signed and before close of escrow she stayed close by, representing us during all inspections, and answering any all of our questions regarding the process. 2/15/2020 Jeanne was our realtor when we sold our home last fall. You will not be able to find a more helpful or knowledgeable realtor to assist you in the sale of your home. She is professional, ethical and goes out of her way to assist in more ways than just the real estate transaction. She volunteered to help pack, find packers and generally just be of assistance in any way possible. Jeanne found the buyer for our house, but insisted her broker represent the client since she was our realtor. After the sale, I know she helped the buyer find painters, handymen, etc. to assist her in her move. How many realtors do you know that would do that for you? I have recommended Jeanne to many of our friends and former neighbors
